Why the paw?
The paw print is Commander Vrax’s personal seal. He has stamped it on exactly one file in existence. The little star in the pad is the Summit star, for the night Vrax was recruited. The Navigator found him there, plotted his course, and hasn’t been seen clearly since. The only known photo is a blur of him looking back.
